Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Supporting Veterans through inbound calls, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide solutions while working in a friendly, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
• Document call details and provide excellent service with a positive approach
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and build relationships

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a VA government background check
• Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
• Reliable flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
