Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist Veterans by answering incoming calls, providing excellent service, and documenting call details in a supportive remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Provide exceptional service with a positive and understanding approach
• Document call details and solve problems to help customers find solutions

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a VA government background check
• Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
• Reliable flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
