Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking friendly and motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist Veterans by answering incoming calls, providing excellent service, and documenting call details in a supportive remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
• Document call details in the system and provide solutions to customer inquiries
• Build positive relationships while ensuring end-of-day coverage for all calls in the queue

Required qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
• Reliable flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
