Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking friendly and motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist Veterans by answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and documenting call details in a supportive remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Document call details and provide solutions to customer problems
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure end-of-day coverage

Required qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a VA government background check
• Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
• Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
