Job Summary
Supporting Veterans from the comfort of home, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries regarding services, and provide exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist Veterans and providers with questions about services and support programs
- Document call details accurately and research information to help callers find solutions
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to enhance service delivery while meeting quality and performance expectations
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification, one being REAL ID-compliant or a U.S. Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
