Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers by answering questions, solving problems, and connecting them to necessary information while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist Veterans and providers with inquiries regarding services and support programs
• Document call details accurately and provide exceptional customer experiences on every interaction
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service delivery while meeting quality and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• Two forms of valid identification (one must be a REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
