Job Summary
Supporting Veterans from the comfort of home, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers with inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist Veterans and providers with their questions
- Document call details accurately and research information to help callers find solutions
- Collaborate with teammates to meet quality and performance expectations while improving service delivery
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification (one must be REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
