Job Summary
Providing essential support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers with inquiries, offer solutions, and document interactions while working from home in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional manner
- Research information and assist callers with questions regarding services and support programs
- Document call details accurately within multiple systems to ensure quality service delivery
Required qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification, with one being REAL ID-compliant or a U.S. Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
