To support Veterans effectively, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers by answering inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional and friendly manner
- Research and provide solutions to callers' questions regarding services and support programs
- Document call details accurately and collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with two forms of valid identification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependability and self-motivation while working remotely
