Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional manner
- Research and resolve inquiries while documenting call details accurately
- Build positive relationships with callers through empathy and effective problem-solving
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with two forms of valid identification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
