- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist Veterans and healthcare providers with inquiries
- Document call details accurately and research information to provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to enhance service delivery and meet performance expectations
Required qualifications

- Two forms of valid identification (one must be REAL ID-compliant or a U.S. Passport)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
