Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 or more years of Customer Service experience
