Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative in Chattanooga.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls from customers to learn about and address their needs
- Scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as requested
- Confirming or clarifying information and de-escalating issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- One year of contiguous Customer Service experience
- Ability to type 25 wpm or more
- Ability to multitask and toggle to multiple screens simultaneously
- Ability to actively participate and engage in frequent coaching
- Ability to update customer record with specific details of each call
- Ability to utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately
