Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Updating customer record with specific details of each call
- Scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as requested
- Answering calls from customers to learn about and address their needs and manage other issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to type 25 wpm or more
- One year of contiguous Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers
