Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative in Columbia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Updating customer record with specific details of each call
  • Scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as requested
  • Answering calls from customers to learn about and address their needs and manage other issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to type 25 wpm or more
  • One year of contiguous Customer Service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers
