A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Customer Care Representative in Broomfield.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls to provide customer service
  • Conduct some chat and email communication
  • Answer calls in regard to tracking packages returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of recent Customer Service experience
  • Self-motivated
  • People oriented
  • Internet speed of 30 Mbps or more
  • Must be able to type 30 WPM or more
