Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inbound Claims Research and Resolution Specialist 2.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with insurance companies, providers, members, and collection services in the settlement of claims
  • Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
  • Following standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Ability to interact with members, agents and/or providers by phone
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated passionate about problem solving and providing resolution to customers via a fast paced phone environment
