Job Summary
A safety and compliance consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Client Service Representative in Neenah.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface with clients to determine trip permit requirements
- Initiate and maintain work orders to ensure proper permits are being secured
- Monitor completion of permits and provides feedback to clients as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- 5+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced functions
