Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Contact Center and Engagement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of innovative internal tools and systems
  • Developing deep partnerships with key cross-functional teams
  • Providing strong leadership, management, and oversight of at least 2 direct reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of inbound contact center management and leadership experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Electronic Medical Records required
  • Familiarity and experience working with insurance verification
  • Experience managing remote teams or individuals
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and managing compliance within a digital health organization
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
