Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Contact Center and Engagement Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative internal tools and systems
- Developing deep partnerships with key cross-functional teams
- Providing strong leadership, management, and oversight of at least 2 direct reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of inbound contact center management and leadership experience
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Electronic Medical Records required
- Familiarity and experience working with insurance verification
- Experience managing remote teams or individuals
- Familiarity with HIPAA and managing compliance within a digital health organization
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
