Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Inbound Contacts Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Represent the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries
- Perform basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks
- Address customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating member
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
