Job Summary

A global insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inbound Customer Advocate in Louisville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming customer communications from complex books of business
  • Responding positively to customer’s questions in a timely manner
  • Researching complex customer questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions
