A global insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inbound Customer Advocate in Louisville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming customer communications from complex books of business
- Responding positively to customer’s questions in a timely manner
- Researching complex customer questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on empathy and assurance
- Ability to assess situations and respond appropriately, strong problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable
- PC literate (familiar with windows applications)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
