Job Summary

A business services company is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide resources and support to callers on our crisis and information lines
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist callers with application processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years customer service, administrative or call center experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team
  • PC skills, including MS Office applications
  • Experience working in a remote/telecommute environment
