Job Summary

A multi-channel direct-marketing company has an open position for a Remote Inbound Customer Service.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product related concerns
  • Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions
  • Navigate through multiple systems and enter information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A PC or Laptop with current and supported MS Windows 8.1, or 10 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP)
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Previous experience
