Job Summary
A provider of professional credit repair services is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Take client calls and help service client's case based on individual need
- Help people navigate their credit repair experience
- Inform clients of case details
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to take 10-40 calls daily
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Proficiency with computer-based work (IE: Navigating Windows)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to be open to constructive feedback and accountable to goals
- Ability to thrive in a very competitive environment
