A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative in Boise.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing CRM technology to create new customer service requests
- Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team goals
- Managing challenging customer service situations

- Strong sense of urgency handling a high volume amount of inbound and occasionally outbound calls
