An outsourced BPO service provider has an open position for a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting callers with resolving payroll issues
- Working with clients and employees involving program enrollment, basic payroll, and insurance authorizations
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, A/R or A/P
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating multiple online resources
- High quality customer service skills
- High standards for Reliability and Dependability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
