Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative in Joplin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling and carefully responding to customer inquiries by building excellent rapport, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance
