Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Inbound Direct Sales Center Sales Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receive incoming calls from prospects, sales lead sources, and existing customers
- Interview prospects, leads, and customers looking for assistance with Life and Health insurance
- Initiate, interview, identify and send appropriate materials to meet the caller's insurance needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Sales background with proven performance in a competitive sales environment preferred
- Must have access to high-speed internet (40MBPS or higher) and personal phone to conduct customer calls
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, we are open M-F 7am-8pm and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance products, features, and policy language
- Ability to market and sell insurance products
