Job Summary

A business services company specializing in customer relationship management has an open position for a Remote Inbound Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling various incoming sales-focused phone calls and assists the consumer in understanding the options available to them
  • Resolving customer questions, complaints and inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
  • Utilizing computer system and on-line tools to verify and document consumer applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years’ previous sales experience desired
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, and be persuasive without making the customer feel pressured
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
