Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management has an open position for a Remote Inbound Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling various incoming sales-focused phone calls and assists the consumer in understanding the options available to them
- Resolving customer questions, complaints and inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
- Utilizing computer system and on-line tools to verify and document consumer applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years’ previous sales experience desired
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to build rapport quickly, and be persuasive without making the customer feel pressured
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
