We're currently seeking an account strategist who can develop and execute cohesive inbound strategies for our customers that inform, educate, entertain, and delight their audiences.

What will you do as a ContentBacon Account Strategist?

You deliver impeccable content according to each account subscription from start to finish.
Note: Subscriptions range from simple and straightforward, with regular month-to-month content, to large and complex, including a full year's worth of planning and marketing products aimed at different parts of the sales funnel. You have to be comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at different stages.
You understand each piece of content we create, best practices for creating and executing them and educate the customer along the way.
You are comfortable working closely with a team of editors and writers to make sure the content is on brand and on target.
While you might not be an expert on SEO, you keep up with best practices when implementing content.
You're familiar with using project management platforms and know how important processes and documentation are.
You're comfortable with delegating and working with a distributed team.
You can adapt to changes on the fly and operate independently while still adhering to established processes. You don't go rogue, but you don't wait for someone to hold your hand either.
You proactively communicate with customers and the team; you aren't shy about picking up the phone and don't hide behind email.
You address what doesn't work internally and externally from an empowering context.
You understand how to set SMART goals for customer subscriptions, track results, communicate impact, and make recommendations to improve them.
You love creating audience personas. You love digging into different industries to understand every target audience, and you know how to create content to make an impact at every stage of the buyer's journey.
You're a social media expert and love to educate customers about how to maximize the use of paid and organic channels within social media.
You use Google Analytics, gSuite, HubSpot, WordPress, all social media channels, and aren't afraid to learn new CRMs and CMSs.
While technical implementation isn't a primary function, you are able to jump in and take care of things when the team needs an extra hand.
You retain and grow accounts.
