Remote Inbound Outbound Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary

A diversified technology company is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Outbound Customer Sales Representative.

Must be able to:

• Build rapport with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service
• Overcome customer objections effectively through applying advanced solution selling skills
• Handle approximately 20 - 40 inbound calls per day conducting the introductory sales conversation following the sales excellence protocol. Lead source will consist of, but not limited to: open phone and Internet leads, marketing programs, and corporate website inquiries

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or GED required, college degree or courses a plus
• 3 plus years of customer service experience preferably on the phone experience
• Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills. Ability to accurately type information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening skills and the ability to gather information in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated passionate customer focus with desire to delight the subscriber
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or internet
