A hearing technology and healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Patient Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding customer service for a positive experience for every patient
- Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, text, email and social media
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and established benchmarks
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous inside sales or call center experience
- Previous experience demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to handle large number of inbound calls
- Computer and system savvy
- Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient data privacy
