Job Summary

A pharmaceutical services company is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Pharmacy and Healthcare Member Advocate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as an advocate for our members by receiving calls from members to answer questions regarding their pharmacy benefits
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with members to ensure all needs are met completely, promptly and professionally
  • Conveying to the member, a sense of care for them and expertise in our services

Required Skills:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in high volume, dynamic contact center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • 1+ years Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience PBM call center experience; preferred
  • Chat Support experience; preferred
