Job Summary
An insurance technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Inbound Recruiter in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to generate robust top of funnel candidate pipeline
- Building an active talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of recruiting needs
- Coaching candidates through the interview stages, ensuring they are prepared for each step in the interview process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a company with a high candidate volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Passion for operating in a fast-paced startup environment highly desired
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously preferred
