Job Summary
A hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Inbound Reservations Call Center Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound calls from existing owners
- Providing information on our resorts, amenities, and things to see
- Making recommendations based on our owner’s interests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work from home after 11 weeks of training
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service and/or sales experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Internet with a minimum upload speed of 2.0 mbps and minimum download speed of 10.0 mbp
