Job Summary

A hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Inbound Reservations Call Center Customer Service Representative in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking inbound calls from existing owners
  • Providing information on our resorts, amenities, and things to see
  • Making recommendations based on our owner’s interests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to work from home after 11 weeks of training
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months customer service and/or sales experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Internet with a minimum upload speed of 2.0 mbps and minimum download speed of 10.0 mbp
  • Homeowners/Renters insurance
