Job Summary
A hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Reservations Customer Service Representative in Branson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide information on our resorts, amenities, things to see and experience in the area
- Take inbound calls from customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Required to train full time at the Springfield office for a minimum of 5 weeks before transitioning to a home environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service or sales experience
