Inspiring prospective travelers, the full-time Remote Inbound Sales Agent will manage inbound calls to educate customers on international trip packages, achieve high conversion rates, and upsell additional products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and sales support
• Achieve a conversion rate of over 70% by confirming bookings during calls
• Upsell travel-related products and services while documenting customer interactions efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience in a call center, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury sales
• Experience with upselling additional products or services
• 1+ years of remote work experience, preferably with remote training
• Must have a hardwired internet connection with recommended speeds of 50 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload
• Stable telephone service (landline or VOIP) for routing calls
