Job Summary

To support a results-driven sales environment, the full-time Remote Inbound Security Sales Associate will handle high-volume inbound calls from existing customers, identify their needs, recommend security solutions, and close sales while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key responsibilities
  • Take high-volume inbound calls from existing customers to uncover needs and recommend security solutions
  • Confidently overcome objections and close deals to maximize revenue per call
  • Build trust quickly with customers while maintaining a strong sales close
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a call center environment, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven settings
  • Strong closing skills with comfort in upselling and asking for the sale
  • Motivated by financial incentives and a desire for a rewarding paycheck
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
