Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and sells products/services while identifying customer needs
• Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to customize offers and build value in products and services
• Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while ensuring timely communication and accuracy on transactions

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
