Job Summary

A hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Inbound Sales Customer Service Representative in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking inbound calls from existing owners who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations
  • Making their reservation
  • Providing information on our resorts, amenities, things to see and experience

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work from home after 11 weeks training period
  • Six months customer service and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
