Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand and customer advocate through various communication channels
• Guide customers through their automotive journey and schedule service appointments
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer escalations and maintain customer records

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
• Familiarity with telephony and CRM software such as InContact or Zendesk
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a bonus
• Remote work experience and a private workspace with high-speed internet
