Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the brand and provide exceptional customer service through calls, web chat, and social media
• Guide customers through their automotive journey and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate customer records

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
• Familiarity with telephony and CRM software such as InContact or Zendesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience working remotely with a private workspace and high-speed internet
