As a full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representative, the selected candidate will manage warm inbound leads, guiding families through the sales process with empathy and clarity while achieving performance targets without cold calling or pressure tactics.
Key responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process
- Guide families in making confident decisions regarding cremation options
- Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across various communication channels
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong sales instincts and phone presence, capable of guiding conversations effectively
- Clear spoken and written English communication skills
- Self-driven and results-focused with the ability to manage follow-up rhythms independently
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
