Job Summary

A customer engagement service provider is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Delivering exceptional customer service experiences
Taking a problem and turn it into a solution
Answering in-bound calls (and emails) from customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or GED
At least 3 months of sales experience
Call center experience
Computer proficiency
Ability to field high volume calls while providing an exceptional customer service experience to new and existing customers
