Job Summary
A company offering services to seniors is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing medium call volume from inbound phone traffic
- Engaging with customers, listening and uncovering their needs while making recommendations and maximizing revenue
- Conducting a proactive, consultative needs analysis on new & existing customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center
- Customer Service experience
- 3+ Experience with remote work 2-3 years
