Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Incentive Compensation Sales Operations Senior Manager in Thousand Oaks.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing overall IC plan administration and payouts in a timely manner
  • Monitoring the health of the IC plan through the plan period through regular health check analyses
  • Resolving field queries related around IC data and payouts as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • 12 years of finance, sales & marketing operations and/or data analytics experience
  • Experience in being comfortable with engaging in strategic discussions
  • Expertise in Microsoft products Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
