Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Incentive Compensation Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Achieve incentive compensation plan designs that motivate field sales to drive right behavior
  • Provide sales performance insights using advanced and complex analysis per health checks and data control
  • Bring innovative ideas to solve business related challenges for data investigation per special situations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
  • 8 years of relevant experience in sales compensation, sales/marketing analysis or similar
  • Able to design for special incentives and awards
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Word, Outlook
  • In-depth experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA XPO and DDD dataset, or Specialty Pharmacy data
