Job Summary
A medical technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Incident and Escalation Management Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and Report on performance of Incident Management process
- Analyze, Troubleshoot and Remediate acute and chronic process failures
- Engage in continuous process improvement cycles
Position Requirements Include:
- 25% Travel
- Bachelors/University Degree or equivalent
- Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements
- Meet customer-specific credentialing requirements
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other Quality frameworks
