Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Incident Communication Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging in incident bridge calls during shift for client communication needs
- Providing timely, clear, and concise business communication of production impacting incidents to affected client base
- Updating and maintaining incident communication policy and procedure documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Communications or related or equitable Military experience
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Client Services, Incident Management, Customer Service or college grads with knowledge and hands on experience providing incident communications to clients and internal customers at various management levels
