A software development management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Incident Coordinator and Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, building, and continually improving the 7x24 Incident and Crisis Management process
- Making required modifications to current incident management processes
- Managing Crisis incidents by providing overall management and oversight of these incidents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- 3-5 years experience leading Incident Management processes
- Good overall customer service skills
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams, public relations and communications professionals
