Job Summary

A digital marketing solutions company has an open position for a Remote Incident Lead and Problem Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Triage and assignment of incidents and problems to proper resolution teams
  • Apply knowledge of Incident and Problem Management terminology, processes, and practices
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis after each incident and develop a plan to execute preventing problem recurrence

Qualifications Include:

  • A BS in Computer Science/CIS/MIS/Engineering or equivalent certification or work experience is ideal
  • Knowledge in enterprise level networking, software deployment, and/or IT infrastructure
  • An understanding of scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript) is desired
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with resolving and communicating high-severity problem impacts
